Did you know you can manage multiple Facebook pages all from the same ActionSprout account? Add as many as wish, for efficient page management all in one convenience place.
To Add a Facebook Page
Log into ActionSprout and on the Accounts page click the green Add a Facebook Page button in the upper-right corner.
Then select the Facebook page that you'd like to manage via your ActionSprout account.
And don't worry. If you choose not to connect some pages, they will remain untouched and unaffected by any of your work in ActionSprout.
If you don't see the Facebook page you'd like to add, that could mean a couple of different things. Please see our guide on Facebook pages and permissions for how to troubleshoot that.
To Switch Between Multiple Facebook Pages Inside ActionSprout
Once you have multiple Facebook pages connected to your ActionSprout account, you can easily switch between them, anytime.
Just login to ActionSprout and click on the Switch Account button in the upper-left corner of your screen.
This will take you back to the full Accounts screen where you can choose any of your connect pages to work on. Just click the Go button under the page you'd like.
To Remove a Facebook Page from ActionSprout
To remove a Facebook page from ActionSprout, first select the page from the Accounts screen and click on Account Settings at the bottom of the left menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the first page and click the Deactivate Account button.
All remaining connected Facebook pages will stay the same, and you can re-connect the removed Facebook page any time.
Billing and Teammates
Each Facebook page you connect to your ActionSprout account will be billed separately. This gives you greater control to pay for only the features that each page needs.
Keep in mind that any page can remain on the Free Forever plan for as long as you'd like. You can find more info on ActionSprout billing here.
Teammates are also added on a per-page basis. For example, if you personally manage four pages through ActionSprout and add a teammate to one of them, they will not have access to the other three page. For more information on managing teammates, click here.
