If you've tracked down this troubleshooting guide, you're probably having some trouble connecting your Facebook page to ActionSprout.

There are few main reasons that can happen. 

1. Unpublished Facebook Page 

Only published and public Facebook pages can be connected to and managed through the ActionSprout tool. If your Facebook page is unpublished or private in any way, you won't be able to connect it to ActionSprout until it's public.

Here's how to publish a unpublished page. 

2. Group or Personal Facebook Profile 

Only Facebook pages can be connected to ActionSprout. If you manage a Facebook group or personal profile instead, you won't be able to sign up for and use ActionSprout.

3. But I have a Page and I'm an Administrator. 

Sometimes you can do everything right, but technology finds a way to break things anyway. In times like these we sometimes need to force a refresh. 

Follow this link to your Facebook permissions menu inside of ActionSprout: https://app.actionsprout.com/users/permissions 

Please Revoke the Public Profile and Manage Pages permissions at the top of the screen. 

Then log out, and back into the ActionSprout app. Click the Add a Facebook Page button again, and hopefully your Facebook page should now be displayed.
