Did you know you can manage multiple Facebook pages all from the same ActionSprout account? Add as many as wish, for efficient page management all in one convenience place.
To Add a Facebook Page
Log into ActionSprout and on the Accounts page click the green Add a Facebook Page button in the upper-right corner.
You should see a screen that looks something like this:
Choose to join an existing ActionSprout account created by a teammate, or create a new account for any Facebook pages you're an admin of.
And don't worry if you choose not to connect some pages. They will remain untouched and unaffected by any of your work in ActionSprout.
You may also see a third list of Facebook pages in this menu. These are pages you have some permissions on, but not enough to connect to the ActionSprout app.
Note: If you don't see the Facebook page you'd like to add, that could mean a couple of different things.
Switch Between Facebook pages inside ActionSprout
Once you have multiple Facebook pages connected to your ActionSprout account, you can easily switch between them, anytime.
Just click on the Switch Account button in the upper-left corner of your screen.
This will take you back to the full Accounts screen where you can choose any of your connect pages to work on. Just click the Go button under the page you'd like.
To Remove a Facebook page from ActionSprout
To remove a Facebook page from ActionSprout, first select the page from the Accounts screen and click on Account Settings at the bottom of the left menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the first page and click the Deactivate Account button.
All remaining connected Facebook pages will stay the same, and you can re-connect the removed Facebook page any time.
Each Facebook page you connect to ActionSprout will be billed separately. This gives you greater control to pay for only the features that each page needs.
Teammates are also added on a per-page basis. For example, if you personally manage four pages through ActionSprout and add a teammate to one of them, they will not have access to the other three pages. For more information on managing teammates.
